The International Institute of Carpet & Upholstery Certification is the highest level of achievement in the carpet industry. Senior Carpet Inspectors are qualified to give an expert opinion on all floor covering related problems.
IICRC Inspectors are recognized by all major carpet Industry Trade Associations including the Carpet and Rug Institute and the Carpet Manufacturers Association of the West. All four major fiber producers (DuPont, Allied, Monsanto, and BASF) recognize and use IICRC Certified Senior Carpet Inspectors when expert third-party opinions are required.

You will receive a certified inspection report along with photos and any samples obtained for your evaluation.

Gary Falchi inspection Service works independently of any mill, dealer, or cleaning company. We are not an employee of any manufacturer, retailer, carpet installation or maintenance service. Because of this, we can provide an independent, third-party evaluation of any carpet condition.
Our independent nature allows us to make objective conclusions based on the facts and circumstances.
